Key duties

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in rooms and common areas
  • Assist with breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
  • Support kitchen staff with food preparation
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and handle requests professionally

Front Desk & Reception

Be the face of the hotel. Front desk roles involve welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.

Key duties

  • Welcome and check in guests professionally
  • Manage room reservations and cancellations
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records

Tourism & Travel Services

Support tourists with guided tours, excursions, and travel arrangements. Ideal for outgoing, communicative candidates who enjoy meeting people from around the world.

Key duties

  • Assist tourists with local information and recommendations
  • Coordinate group tours and excursions
  • Manage bookings for activities and transportation
  • Provide excellent customer service in English
  • Represent the employer's brand with professionalism

What you need to apply

  • Fluent English (no local language required)
  • Friendly, service-oriented personality
  • Valid passport and health certificate
  • NBI Certificate of Good Conduct
  • Age 18–49
  • Previous hospitality experience is a plus but not required
