Construction Workers

General construction workers support all phases of building projects, from site preparation to finishing work. No specific trade qualification required — a strong work ethic is what matters.

Key duties

  • Assist with site preparation, excavation, and foundation work
  • Load, unload, and move construction materials
  • Support skilled tradespeople with their tasks

What you need to apply

  • Fluent English (no local language required)
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform manual work
  • Valid passport and health certificate
  • NBI Certificate of Good Conduct
  • Age 18–45 (some roles may have stricter limits)
  • Trade certification or experience is a plus but not always required
